EXECUTIVE COACHING

LIFE COACHING

What is Coaching?

The International Coach Federation defines Coaching as a partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential, which is particularly important in today’s uncertain and complex environment. Coaches honor the client as the expert in his or her life and work and believe every client is creative, resourceful and whole.

Standing on this foundation, the coach's responsibility is to:

  • Discover, clarify, and align with what the client wants to achieve

  • Encourage client self-discovery

  • Elicit client-generated solutions and strategies

  • Hold the client responsible and accountable

This process helps clients dramatically improve their outlook on work and life, while improving their leadership skills and unlocking their potential.

EXECUTIVE COACHING

Executive Coaching is a coaching partnership between a Coach and an Executive typically in an organizational setting, be it in the private or public sector or even a start-up. Coaching goals in an Executive Coaching relationship are tied to organizational goals and outcomes.

It can include working on issues such as developing an executive presence, driving organizational change by influencing behaviors, improving self-awareness, conflict resolution, building high performance teams, effective decision-making and driving innovation.

LIFE COACHING

Life Coaching is a one-on-one coaching partnership between an individual and a Coach where the Coach facilitates the coachee’s journey to achieve their personal goals in any area of their life such as developing confidence, achieving work-life balance, building meaningful relationships, time management, conflict resolution, developing new habits, cultivating discipline or managing stress.

THE PROCESS

Every brain is as unique as our fingerprint with its own wiring and filters. Backed by cutting-edge research in the field of neuroscience and psychology, we use a brain friendly, solutions-focused approach to coaching conversations to drive changes and build new habits that stick.

We typically set up a 12-session Coaching engagement over a period of 3 to 6 months to facilitate the transformation process in a holistic and structured manner that brings about powerful insights ad faster progress.

We start with a pre-coaching session where we identify possible areas that you would like to work on, introduce you to our method and process of Coaching and answer any questions that you may have. We then complete a set of assessments and diagnostic tools that help us assess your unique challenges, desires, personality, values and motivated skills.

We move to setting goals in any area of your life that you would like to work upon and identify strategies and actions to meet those goals. In follow-up sessions we navigate the journey together with a host of tools and resources to identify and break automated patterns, clarify thinking and move from impasse to insights to action.

Trust and Confidentiality are the cornerstones of a strong Coaching relationship and we adhere to these strictly at all times.

All sessions can be done in the comfort of your chosen environment using voice and video conferencing tools such as Skype, Google Talk, etc. without restrictions on time zones.
